Le Blended Learning est une modalité d’apprentissage où cohabitent la formation présentielle et la formation à distance.
Cette pratique combine la force des deux approches : les avantages du distanciel et l’aspect plus humain de la formation présentielle, permettant ainsi d’accompagner l’apprenant ici sur les notions théoriques et là sur celles plus pratiques.
Pour les entreprises habituées au format présentiel et encore novices en terme de recours au Digital Learning, le Blended Learning est une solution parfaitement adaptée à l’amorçage de ce type d’apprentissage, puisqu’elle permet une bascule en douceur vers de nouvelles habitudes pour les apprenants comme pour les formateurs.
Pour certaines formations il est peut être impératif d’intégrer une partie présentielle (savoir-faire, cas pratiques, mises en situation,…), pour d’autres ce n’est pas forcément nécessaire (notions réglementaires, tutoriels logiciels,…). Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons d’utiliser le Blended Learning autant que possible car c’est selon nous la meilleure approche pédagogique pour transmettre à la fois des connaissances et des compétences.
