L’ingénieur pédagogique gère et coordonne l’ensemble des dispositifs de formation mis en place dans une structure. Il travaille en collaboration avec les experts métiers, le pôle formation de l’entreprise et les acteurs techniques en place.
L’ingénieur pédagogique répond aux besoins en formation en proposant des solutions pédagogiques adaptées au public, aux besoins et aux exigences de l’entreprise. Il est à la fois chargé de :
– Diagnostiquer le besoin et le public cible
– Concevoir un dispositif de formation
– Être force de proposition sur l’innovation pédagogique
– Créer des supports pédagogiques adaptés aux modalités d’apprentissage
– Gérer le projet pédagogique et coordonner l’équipe.
Si l’on souhaite être précis, n’est ingénieur pédagogique que celui qui a reçu un titre, un diplôme mentionnant cet intitulé. Son rôle sera de comprendre la demande qui lui est faite, de la traduire en besoin et en possibilités, de transformer cela en dispositif de formation, de créer, d’organiser et de réaliser la formation puis d’évaluer cette formation et son organisation.
